Installation options

Choose the help you need.

For one light or several rooms. Tell us the full scope so we can quote for the work together.

Light replacement

Replace an existing fitting at the same compatible lighting point, subject to the condition of the point and site access.

New light installation

Add a light at a new position, subject to site assessment and feasibility. Access, wiring, any making-good work and the agreed scope are assessed and quoted separately.

Continue on WhatsApp so we can review the existing points and access.

Receive your quote
We confirm the scope and GST-inclusive price before payment. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless the quotation states otherwise.

Pay securely
Pay in full through a private Shopify checkout link before scheduling, unless an exception is expressly authorised in your quotation.

Choose a time
We arrange the installation after full payment is confirmed, subject to any expressly authorised quotation exception.

Rescheduling

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice normally has no fee. With less notice, reasonable actual costs incurred may apply. Contact us promptly to arrange another available time.

Workmanship cover

Eligible installation workmanship is covered for 6 months from completion, unless a different period is expressly stated in writing for the specific work. This includes eligible installation of customer-supplied products. Customer-supplied products themselves are excluded from Lumi’s product warranty. Product defects and installation faults are assessed separately. See our Warranty policy.
