Delivery charges
- S$35 inclusive of GST for product orders below S$300 after discounts.
- Free delivery for product orders of S$300 or more after discounts.
The applicable charge is shown at checkout. Product delivery and installation are separate unless your written installation quotation states otherwise. Installation is separately quoted, and customer-facing installation quotations are GST-inclusive.
Delivery timing
In-stock orders are normally delivered within 2–3 working days after order confirmation. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed appointment. We will contact you if an item is unavailable or requires more time.
Address and access
Please provide a complete address, unit number, postal code and reachable contact details. Tell us before dispatch about security registration, loading restrictions, stair-only access or other conditions that may prevent ordinary delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the order, access cannot be obtained, or the delivery information provided is incorrect or incomplete, re-delivery may be chargeable. We will contact you to arrange the next delivery and confirm the GST-inclusive charge before another attempt.
Checking your order
Inspect the packaging and products as soon as reasonably possible. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, do not install it. Contact hello@lumi.com.sg promptly with your order number and clear photographs so we can assess and resolve the issue.
